You will be allocated a 15-minute cat check-in slot between 1300-1500 and a check-out slot between 0900-1100 Monday - Saturday. We are closed to customers on Sundays.

Our minimum stay policy is three days. We accept cats for fewer than three days, but there will be a minimum stay charge to make up the cost equivalent to three days.

During peak times, our minimum stay policy is five days. We will accept cats for fewer than five days, but there will be a minimum stay charge to make up the cost equivalent to five days.

There is a public holiday surcharge on the Public Holidays 25th and 26th of December and the 1st and 2nd of January of £10 + VAT per run.

We wanted to let you know about a small day rate increase starting Monday, 6th January 2025. This change will help us manage rising costs, including salaries, energy, cat food, litter, and insurance, to ensure we can continue providing the best care possible. The love and attention we give to every cat in our care will never change. We truly value your support and understanding.

A deposit of £50 must be paid to secure your booking.

The full balance must be paid before or on departure via our online payment portal or debit card.

We welcome fully vaccinated cats and kittens. For kittens to board with us, we require four weeks to have passed after receiving the second dose of their initial vaccinations.

Sadly, we cannot look after any cats aged seven months or over who are not spayed/neutered.

If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the arrival day, the deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit will be retained if you cancel your booking less than 21 days before the arrival day. If you cancel within a week of the arrival day, we require the amount of your cat’s entire stay to be paid as we staff based on occupancy.

Dates booked are charged for even if you collect your cat(s) early. If you cannot collect your cat(s) on the intended departure day, please let us know as soon as possible. We may have another cat booked into the chalet for later in the day, and we will need to make specific plans to care that little bit longer for your cat(s).

For us to take care of your cat(s), we require your cat(s) to be vaccinated against the following:

• Feline Panleukopenia

• Feline Herpesvirus

• Feline Calicivirus

We need to see the vaccination certificates before we can secure your booking. When booking, please upload a picture of your cat’s vaccination certificate to the appropriate area in your Revelation Pets account. Alternatively, please email us a picture of the vaccination certificate upon making a booking request, and we will get back to you.

Cats must also be up to date with flea and worming treatments; before check-in, please provide us with the following:

• Type of flea treatment and date of administering

• Type of worming treatments and date of administering

All kittens must have received both primary vaccinations, and we require one whole month to have passed after the second vaccination before we can provide boarding.

We stock a wide range of proprietary wet and dry cat food brands and will feed what you request. If your cat requires food that we do not stock, we ask that you provide this and please bring enough food for the duration of your cat’s stay. We do not accept cats on raw food diets - if you wish to discuss this, please call us.

We are qualified and more than happy to administer medication prescribed by a vet. There will be an extra charge starting from £1.50 + VAT (£1.80) per cat per day for this service.

Please make us aware of any medical issues. This is of paramount importance in enabling us to plan and provide the correct care for your cat(s).
